FAQ
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time and the chauffeur adjusts to the actual arrival time at no extra cost. Free waiting time is 60 minutes at the airport and 15 minutes at an address.
How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer or cash to the chauffeur. Companies can be invoiced monthly.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Tell us the children’s ages and we’ll prepare suitable seats and boosters.
Can I cancel?
Free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up. Terms for long-distance trips and events are agreed separately.
Do you operate outside France?
Yes: Monaco, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, Austria and all of Western Europe.
Can I book a helicopter or yacht together with a transfer?
Yes. The chauffeur meets you at the aircraft, drives you to the heliport or marina and picks you up on the way back — all in one booking.
